So, my question is, where did my nice Autumn go?!?! I was all excited to take some walks in the crisp air, baby in the stroller, admiring the fall colors... Um, hello?? Well, we have been catching up on the talk shows at least. And all the political ads. Ugh. What a time to be home on maternity leave. I really don't care about Amy Klobuchar or Mark Kennedy... or Mike Hatch or Tim Pawlenty! Good grief. Enough already. I can't wait for everbody to go out and vote and call it a day.
As for the boys... Will is still doing really well. Up about every 2-3 hours at night. (Yaaaawwn...) I'm hoping he fattens up and can make it a little longer through the nights soon. Even an extra hour here and there helps so much. Your body just gets so worn down. You just feel achy and tired all over. Ah, but in a few short months I know I'll long for the day of the 8 lb. baby that was just so tiny and precious... I won't complain about the sleep deprivation too much since I know it will be short-lived.
Sean is set on being a ghost for Halloween. I think it's mainly because he likes to make the ghost noises more than anything else. Again, I shouldn't complain. You can't get much easier than a ghost costume!
Well, I better get going. I know my posts aren't too long, but the little guy only cat-naps during the day. No big long sleeps in the afternoon. More like an hour at max.
