Riverdogs!
That's the name of Sean's Tee-Ball team. Although when you look at them, I think they should be named the "Toe Heads". Look at all those little blondies! (One of 8 (?) teams I think... there are about 100 4-year-olds enrolled in the Brainerd Tee-Ball league! Plus there's another league in Baxter, too. I think we're gonna have a lot of baseball fans in a few years). And that picture isn't them sitting in a huddle... that's them scurrying for a ball. As soon as anyone hits it further than 2 feet off the tee, those boys are running for that rag ball. I think you can see a lady chuckling in the background on that pic. Then there's Sean off and running down to first base. He looks so giddy! (and Trent is in the background beaming too...) And as soon as he sees the camera, what do I get? I grumpy pout face. Oh well. I'll have to post the "official" photos they took that night. He was tired and grouchy, plus he's into those fake smiles. We will NOT show teeth. I think he gets that from Trent. Just this big goofy grin. Oh well! Hope you all have a fabulous weekend. Summer is here... woo hoo!
p.s. We've been praying for my niece Erica who was in a car accident. She's ok, but she's got a couple of fractures and plenty of bumps and bruises from what I hear. Rikki, if you read this, we're thinking of you! And look for a special letter in the mail soon from your favorite cousins (under the age of 5 anyway). Love you!
