Well, we can label this post "Darn it." This will be the second year (or third, I can't even remember) that I haven't gotten to go cut a Christmas tree. The cause last year was a new infant that we didn't want to drag out into the snow, and this year it's the same little man who can't go out. Will had a terrible ear infection this weekend. I've never seen him so sad and sick. Poor, poor baby! He cried and cried and cried all weekend long. Mark it down as "Baby's First Amoxicillin" in the baby book, a co-worker told me! Too true. He has been such a healthy guy. This is the first time he's ever really been ill. It was heart breaking. He's better now, thank goodness.

So anyway, we stuck together in the house while the other 2 boys went and cut a tree. Sean was in heaven this weekend. First his babysitter got married (which I took photographs of) on Friday night—he felt the need to shout out her name during the service after the pastor spoke. "Kathy Kirkvold?? That's my daycare lady!!". It was hilarious. And on top of that fun night, there is one word that he loves more than any other at this time of year... SNOW. And believe me, he was out in it all weekend. He had a blast.

Well, I best be off. Here is a shot of Sean picking out a tree, and Will feeling much better last night after a bath, sitting with his big brother and "Rexy", Sean's dinosaur. Oh, and the ever beloved "Blue".

Talk to you all later.
